Safety For the duration of the COVID-19 outbreak we’ll be introducing some additional safety measures to minimise the risk to you, ourselves and our installation teams of catching the virus.
Site Surveys: When visiting customers houses to carry out surveys, we will be using hand sanitiser, gloves, a face-mask where appropriate and, of course, Social Distancing.
Visiting the Showroom: Sanitising wipes, hand sanitiser, gloves and face masks will also be available for customers to use at the showroom whilst browsing. We'll also have perspex safety screens to "isolate" customers and designers during the consultation and design process, if required, so that masks can be removed for extended visits.
Installations: During installations of bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchens we will be supplying a container of hand sanitiser for use at each site and sanitising wipes for cleaning surfaces and handles. Where necessary, the installation teams will be using face masks and gloves.
Our workers are being asked to keep 2m apart from work colleagues where possible. Where two or more people need to work in close proximity, say for the installation of heavy baths, shower trays or shower cubicles, we will work side-by-side or back-to-back where possible.
All our installers are being asked to avoid using customers kitchens, kettles, mugs, cutlery for “brewing up” etc.
Contact with customers and other colleages is being minimised, but where it is unavoidable “social distancing” will be employed.
If you suspect that you or anyone in the home has become infected, please phone our office as soon as possible so that between us we can take the appropriate action.
Thank you & stay safe.
